Be Still My Soul 

is about practicing the art of being still and trusting God with every part of my life, no matter the severity or the silliness of the situation . When I am in that spot of beginning to panic I try to remind myself that all is under my Fathers control . 

Colossians 3:15 "Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts"

While I strive to live out the Be Still My Soul mission I wanted to create a living memoir of my sometimes interesting life by documenting my thoughts and feelings about my life and my relationships with God, people, and myself.

In order to aid in my self-discovery and growth I will answer the following questions on a daily basis:

~ Did anything interesting happen today?
~ Did you learn anything new about yourself today?
~ How do you feel about your relationship with God today?
~ How do you feel about your relationships with people today?
~ Other thoughts or feelings?
